next up: points of a good day (kinda like heather and janea's day points but not really) 1. when walking alone, it is best to to take big definite steps. kinda like stomping but with more bounce in them. to do so you pull your knee up higher than usual and step out in front of you with a solid step putting your weight into it. you kinda move side to side when doing this. 2. walking like this makes a smooth transition to skipping which is always recommended. 3. when an idea hits, no matter how trivial (i.e. "i'm hungry") stop whatever your doing and pause. then announce this idea to the world. not screaming just stating. 4. admire your rainboots. if you don't have any, then admire mine! 5.smile at your thoughts. it makes you feel good and who knows! maybe someone else will start to smile too! 6. laugh out loud at your thoughts. it makes you feel good and people look at you funny. then inevitably (sp?) they too start to laugh! 7. if you find your self just standing somewhere, do a twirl. trust me 8. puddles are the goddess's way of saying "have fun!" so go ahead and jump! 9. find a spinning chair and FREAKIN SPIN!! 10. listen to the Killers 11. smile once every hour at least for your friends. they deserve it, don't they? even if they aren't around. 12. get inspired. it does wonders for the mind! i could go on for ever, and i would too, but i should probably be a bit more productive at work. since you know, that is where i am. smooches! |
